  1. Screw each stem of Wheel into the bottom of each Pole clockwise and tightened with a wrench.

  2. Snap the Clip Sleeves to the lowest groove on Poles at the same height with the arrow pointing up.

  3. Assemble the Wire Shelf/Basket over the top of the 4 poles and Clip Sleeves. Repeat steps 2-3.

  4. Assemble 2 Clip Sleeves on Poles at the narrow side of the cart and slide handle onto Clip Sleeves.

  5. Put the Board on the top of the poles.
