I love this footrest! It arrived tightly packed, and the instructions suggested giving it some firm taps to help it fluff up. My 8-year-old thought it was a punching bag and had a blast with it! Now, it’s nice and firm, making it comfy to rest my legs on while I sit on the sofa. My feet don’t sink down at all. I got the dark gray version, and the cover is soft. I also like that it has a non-skid bottom, so it stays in place until I move it to get up from the couch. Recommend this!

Beautiful ottoman well worth the money i paid for it
I love this ottoman. After opening it, it puffed up rather quickly but it still needs a completely finish over the next 3 days. The ottoman finished puffing up and it is nice and firm and very comfortable from my legs too rest on it when I'm sitting on my sofa and feet and legs rest comfortably on the ottoman and they do not sink down. I purchased the dark gray and the outside cover is very soft and on the bottom it has the non-skid on it and it stays put until I push it out of the way to get off the sofa. I highly recommend this product.
