Great modular couch
So far, I'm happy with this couch. Hawkins Woodshop seems to care about their customers, and all four boxes arrived together, which was nice but probably a bit tough for the delivery folks since I'm on the third floor. Assembly was simple—just four bolts for each backing and side panel. I weigh 270 lbs and can bounce on it without any issues, though I wouldn't recommend jumping on it since the limit is 300 lbs per seat. The size fits my small apartment well, and it looks good with my two gaming desks and coffee table. It’s set up in an L shape with the ottoman at the end, and it's pretty comfortable—firm but not too hard. The best thing is how modular it is; you can change the setup easily, which is great for having friends over. A couple of downsides: it took about 48 hours for the seat cushions to expand fully, so be patient with that. Also, it's a bit low to the ground, which might make sitting a bit awkward for taller people. Overall, I think it’s worth the price, especially since I got it on sale.

Maybe I should’ve put a delivery instruction to only do one per day but I honestly don’t know if that would help or not, I imagine it would. The build was easy just four bolts with washers for each backing and side panels, it seems pretty sturdy as I’m a big 270 lb 6”1 guy and I can bounce up and down on it slightly I have not thrown myself on it yet although as the weight limit is 300lbs per seat I would not recommend trying that. I will update how long it lasts later on down the line. The look and size are great for my needs, we have a pretty small single bedroom apartment and our living room has two gaming desks and this couch and a small coffee table with a decent amount of room left over. We have ours in a 4x3 L configuration with the ottoman on the end of the short end of the L. It’s also fairly comfortable, not too firm, but firm enough to feel like a sturdy couch. It’s no Lazy boy couch but for the price it’s sufficient. I would say the biggest plus of this couch is the fact that it’s modular, you can configure it any way you like with the removable hooks and the backings and side panels being easy to remove and reinstall in any configuration so depending on if you’re having an event or if someone needs to crash on your couch, it literally can be configured into a queen sized bed. Super functional. Now for the downsides. Not much here tbh, but I will say the biggest downside is having to wait approximately 48 hours for the seat cushions to expand. We left ours perched up against a wall standing on their sides and fluffed them every 6 hours or so to help them expand, I would highly recommend being patient as using them too early could shorten the lifespan of the cushions. The only other downside is the couch is that it’s a bit low to the ground so for someone my height your “manspread” will be much bigger than usual, although a small downside, it’s still comfortable and worth the money at $699.99 but we got ours on sale for $499.99 which is even better value. We’ve only had the couch for about a week so I can’t speak to its longevity but I am fairly confident based on the build quality and the fact that I used a drill to make sure the bolts are very tight, that as long as I take care of it, it should last a good amount of time.
