Super comfy with a small catch.
I've really enjoyed this chair. It's comfy and has plenty of adjustments to help you find the right position. I've been using one for a year and a half, and another for about six months, and they still look great. I'm 6'1" and weigh 250lbs, so they get a workout. They feel solid and sturdy. The only downside is the armrests, which are pretty hard. Your elbows will feel it after a while. But the good news is you can easily solve that with some aftermarket armrest covers. I found some Neoprene ones that fit nicely and actually look good with the chair. I'm a bit conflicted about giving this five stars since it’s on the pricier side and the armrests could be better. But even with the cost of covers, it’s still a great deal compared to other fancy office chairs that can run over a grand. To put it simply—after I got the first one, I was more than happy to grab a second!

Comfortable and adjustable chair
I've added larger carpet casters to mine (not included) and they work great on carpet, no chair mat needed. I've gone through a lot of office chairs and this one ranks among the best. Some highlights for me are the armrests, which adjust perfectly for height. They can go low enough for my needs and are easy to tweak when I'm switching between typing and gaming. I like how the armrests move with my elbows; it feels natural. The seat height and angle adjustments are simple—set it and forget it. The cushion is supportive but comfortable enough for long hours. I could spend 12 hours sitting in it and not feel sore, although I wouldn’t want to do it too often. The only downside is the back adjustment; I wish it had more options or a smooth adjustment instead of just three settings. I've found the middle one works best for me, but it still feels a bit too firm at times. Overall, I'm really satisfied with this chair—one of the best I've had!

Great chair, but on the pricier side?
I've had this chair for a couple of months now, and it was easy to put together. I got it for $700 in Canada, which feels a bit steep. However, it has received several awards from major media, so I know it’s a solid chair and pretty comfy. My only concern is about its durability; it doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as the Alera Elusion chair I also picked up a couple of months ago, which was $450.

Solid chair, maybe a bit on the expensive side?
I've had this chair for a couple of months now, and it's been great. Easy to put together, and it's definitely comfortable. It's priced around $700 in Canada, which feels a bit steep. It's worth noting that this chair has received multiple awards from top media outlets, so I know it's a solid choice. My only concern is how well it will hold up over time since it feels a bit less sturdy compared to the Alera Elusion chair I've also had for two months, which was $450.
