Super comfy with a small catch.

I've really enjoyed this chair. It's comfy and has plenty of adjustments to help you find the right position. I've been using one for a year and a half, and another for about six months, and they still look great. I'm 6'1" and weigh 250lbs, so they get a workout. They feel solid and sturdy. The only downside is the armrests, which are pretty hard. Your elbows will feel it after a while. But the good news is you can easily solve that with some aftermarket armrest covers. I found some Neoprene ones that fit nicely and actually look good with the chair. I'm a bit conflicted about giving this five stars since it’s on the pricier side and the armrests could be better. But even with the cost of covers, it’s still a great deal compared to other fancy office chairs that can run over a grand. To put it simply—after I got the first one, I was more than happy to grab a second!

Comfortable and adjustable chair

I've added larger carpet casters to mine (not included) and they work great on carpet, no chair mat needed. I've gone through a lot of office chairs and this one ranks among the best. Some highlights for me are the armrests, which adjust perfectly for height. They can go low enough for my needs and are easy to tweak when I'm switching between typing and gaming. I like how the armrests move with my elbows; it feels natural. The seat height and angle adjustments are simple—set it and forget it. The cushion is supportive but comfortable enough for long hours. I could spend 12 hours sitting in it and not feel sore, although I wouldn’t want to do it too often. The only downside is the back adjustment; I wish it had more options or a smooth adjustment instead of just three settings. I've found the middle one works best for me, but it still feels a bit too firm at times. Overall, I'm really satisfied with this chair—one of the best I've had!

Great chair, but on the pricier side?

I've had this chair for a couple of months now, and it was easy to put together. I got it for $700 in Canada, which feels a bit steep. However, it has received several awards from major media, so I know it’s a solid chair and pretty comfy. My only concern is about its durability; it doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as the Alera Elusion chair I also picked up a couple of months ago, which was $450.

Solid chair, maybe a bit on the expensive side?

I've had this chair for a couple of months now, and it's been great. Easy to put together, and it's definitely comfortable. It's priced around $700 in Canada, which feels a bit steep. It's worth noting that this chair has received multiple awards from top media outlets, so I know it's a solid choice. My only concern is how well it will hold up over time since it feels a bit less sturdy compared to the Alera Elusion chair I've also had for two months, which was $450.

Great chair with solid features

I've been using this chair for a bit, and I'm pretty impressed. I added larger carpet casters (not included) since I work on carpet, and they work great—no need for a chair mat! I've tried my fair share of office chairs, and this one definitely stands out. A few things I like about it: the armrests can adjust well, which is nice since I switch between typing and gaming often. I also like that the armrests move with my elbows; some folks might not prefer that, but I think it’s a plus. Adjusting the seat height and angle is simple—set it once, and you're good. The cushion is comfy and firm enough that I can sit in it all day without getting sore, which is a win. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the back adjustment. It has three tension settings, but I'd rather have a continuous range. I found the middle setting to be a bit too firm for me. Overall, I'm happy with it—one of the best office chairs I've had so far.

I picked up the purple version of this chair, which was a lot more budget-friendly compared to other colors, and it looks fantastic. It's comfy too—my back pain has nearly vanished after just a few weeks of using it. I'm so pleased that I'm planning to grab another one. I'm on the larger side, but this compact chair still gives me enough space. The armrests are adjustable and pop out well, plus they're made from a tough but soft material. If you're considering a new chair, check this one out!

Good chair, a bit pricey?

Good chair, had it for two months, easy assembly, a $700 chair in Canada. On the other hand, this chair won several "best of category" awards by major media so it's a good chair and quite comfortable. I am a little worried about how it will hold up, as it seems less sturdy than the Alera Elusion chair (another award winner, $450 in Canada) that I also bought two months ago.

Nice chair

Good: Just about everything. Attractive design; easy to put together; reasonably lightweight; easy to adjust; well-ventilated; comfortable in extended use; good price relative to similar chairs. Bad: The tops of the armrests move forward and back, left and right, very easily, with no way to lock them in place. More annoying than useful. The recliner allegedly has three settings plus lock. I can find no difference in the settings, all three let the back recline with too little pressure. I ended up locking the back in place. Bottom line: This replaced a 30-year-old midrange office chair that was on its last legs. Even allowing for age, the difference in adjustability and "sit" is obvious. Plus, this one doesn't creak every time I move. It isn't an Aeron, but it's closer than the one-third-the-price tag would suggest. I'm happy with it. Five stars.
