Perfect for small space
I’m really happy with this! We moved to a smaller place, and my kitchen doesn’t have room for a full table. That’s fine since we only need one for holidays. We previously had a small table that just took up space. I found this one and knew it would fit perfectly. It’s slim, so it’s easy to tuck away, and can be used as a buffet or even as a table behind the couch. When we need it, the leaves fold out, and suddenly we have a table that can seat six. It looks great and matches a piece I got from Ashley Furniture. They even sell the same table for nearly $200 more! Buying from Hawkins Woodshop was a smart choice. It comes in six pieces: the top, a middle base, and four legs. My husband and I managed to put it together in about 10 minutes. The top is a bit heavy, so it’s best to have two people when flipping it over due to the pull-out pieces that keep the leaves level. I've only had it for a few weeks and haven't used it as a table yet, but it seems sturdy. It has opened up the space I needed.
