Basic, Simple, Effective and Inexpensive
I got this on a whim, not sure if it would work out for me, but I thought I'd give it a try. It showed up just four hours after I ordered it, which was impressive! After putting it together, I was pleasantly surprised. It's now holding my Samsung 27-inch monitor securely, and it feels really solid when I adjust the angle. Raising or lowering it is easy—just flip the lever on the back and you're good to go. Once it's set, you can add a set screw in the back for extra security, although it's not necessary. Compared to my other mount for a 32-inch monitor, this one is more compact, easier to adjust, and does a better job of keeping my monitor in place. Plus, it's about $35 cheaper! I will be ordering another one for my 32-inch monitor.

Sturdy and Thoughtful Design for a Great Price
This is a solid product that really delivers for the price. The support pole is a hefty 1.9” in diameter, much thicker than what some other mounts offer, and it’s cleverly designed to hide your monitor and power cables as they run down through the pole to emerge at the back, right above your desk. You can fit full-size power plugs and different cable types through it, which is a nice touch. There’s also a cap to give it a tidy finish once your cables are through. However, I did run into a bit of trouble with the height. The pole only comes in a 16” size, and if you have a monitor like my Samsung U28E590D that has the VESA mount way at the top, this may not give you the elevation you need. It ended up sitting lower than what the monitor's original stand offered me. I attempted to flip the monitor upside down—it's easy to adjust the display settings on my computers—but that just led to a washed-out screen that was hard to see. So, while this could be great for other monitors, mine didn’t handle it well at all. Just something to keep in mind!

Strong, Solid, Thoughtful Design
This is a great deal for the price! I love how solid the support is and the motion range is really good. The monitor mount features a sturdy 1.9” diameter vertical support pole, which is better than a lot of others. I appreciate that you can run your monitor and power cables down through the pole neatly, so they exit just above your desk surface. The wider diameter means it fits full-size plugs and cables like HDMI and DisplayPort, which is a nice touch. You even get a plastic plug for a tidy finish at the top once your cables are in place. However, I noticed that the vertical pole is only available in 16” height. If you have a monitor with the VESA mount point high like my 28” Samsung U28E590D, you might find it hangs lower than the original stand. I even tried flipping my monitor upside down since rotating the display in Windows and MacOS is easy, but my Samsung just didn’t work well that way. It ended up washed out on the bottom half, which wasn't great. Other monitors might be fine with that setup, so it's worth a shot if yours has a similar VESA placement.

Great arm for a great price
I was in the market for an arm for my 24” second monitor and this one came up. It’s pretty easy to put together, and its super sturdy. Also very adjustable, although I wish it was ever so slightly higher, that is just a personal preference based on my main monitor. However, it’s still really great for how affordable it is. At the highest setting it does ever so slightly bend (shown in one of the photos) although it doesn’t seem to effect the structural integrity at all. It’s nice that you can adjust the tilt tension as well so if you have a heavier monitor, it won’t tilt under it’s own weight. Overall, looks great, has cable management features (don’t mind the one cable, it’s my hdmi and is not long enough to reach the back of the monitor if I feed it through the stand) and it works well. I give it 5 stars just because you can’t beat it at this price point.

Surpisingly, this is a super high quality copy cat. Very little wobble, especially compared to gas tube arms. And the quick release latches on the monitor plate and body tube are something I never knew I would appreciate. First time I can comfortably throw away a box because I knew Ill be keeping it for years. Carries my 32in 4k display perfectly fine
