The media could not be loaded. Got this mattress to replace the one i had as my old one is so soft & has been causing me back pains so I needed something more firm. This is everything I needed! Great value for the quality compared to what my local mattress stores were trying to charge me. Great support & is so comfortable! It was easy to take out to box which was large. It started to expand as soon as I unrolled it & had it layed out even with the plastic still on. Once I careful cut it open it my daughters that it was so cool. This is comfortable but firm, no need for a mattress topper like I had on my old one. True king size
