Very pleased with the quality of this chair! It's just beautiful, solid, casters roll easily and hubby says it wasn't that hard to assemble. Instructions were clear, the worst part was getting all the pieces unpacked & unwrapped. Very well wrapped and protected during the shipping process. Seat and back are firm but still comfortable. I'm happy with this purchase. Product was as described and arrived within a few days safely with no damage to the package or chair components. I assembled this on my own and it took maybe 45 minutes. The instructions are clear and all the needed pieces were there. They also included a spare nut/screw of each type, which is always a bonus (even though I did not need to use any of the spares, but love when they are included)! I work from home full-time and sit in my office chair for a full work day. I'd say the comfort is okay in terms of a full day sitting in it. Very attractive chair though, I must say!

Comfy! Easy to put together, I did it alone. Cute color, wood tone is nice. Mechanics work great and it adjusts easilyz overall I’m very pleased! If I wanted, I think I could leave off the arms. Updated review: Excellent Chair Highly Recommend
I am updating this review because although this chair is comfortable and fits me well it has started making noise. This just started happening and it is very annoying. Maybe this chair is not as well made as I had hoped. Do with this information what you will. It is comfortable. I weigh 140lbs so this chair should be able to handle that weight without making noise after just a month of ownership. This is an amazing chair and I highly recommend it. It is not only attractive but very comfortable. The wood is beautiful and the material is comfortable and very nice. The chair goes up and down but does not tilt but for me that is not an issue. I am 5'4" and with the chair lowered to its lowest position my feet touch the floor comfortably. The chair is sturdy as well. I work from home and this is my daily task chair and use it for 5-8 hours a day.
