Pretty, but part was cut wrong and it won’t work.
*update: They are sending me the replacement piece so hopefully that fixes it!*original: It’s a beautiful and solid bed, but it is not aligning for me. I have contacted Hawkins Woodshop in hopes they can send me a replacement leg. You can see the right leg is cut incorrectly, so it’s not fitting or lining up. I even tried connecting it a different way and it still doesn’t work. Stuck with an unusable bed and it’s non-refundable. Will update if Hawkins Woodshop assists or not.

Understated Beauty
This bed is beautiful in person - don’t sleep on this one. It’s study, the wood is a beautiful, honey/dark honey color. The upholstered headboard is more of a creamy linen color - not beige or khaki just a beautiful creamy linen that will work well with a ton of bedding colors. I was so impressed and so in love when I took her out of the box. The setup was moderate so you may want 2 people to help or just one person who is very good with instructions - kudos to my brother in law for putting this together for me. Buy it folks - you won’t be disappointed at all unless you’re just a very difficult, hard to please individual! Lol
