Works perfectly with my Sony S100F soundbar
This worked out great for mounting my 7 lb Sony S100F soundbar, which has keyhole mounts on the back. You get a ton of hardware and different screw lengths, which is handy since you won't use all of it. The bracket slides right under my existing TV mount without any issues. Main thing is you have to take the TV down and lay it flat to install the soundbar bracket, but it's worth it. The adjustment system is solid and lets you position the soundbar exactly where you want it at the bottom of the screen. Looks clean and professional. Since this is a full motion mount, the soundbar moves with the TV no matter which way you tilt it. Ended up with extra screws and washers left over that I'm saving for other projects. Good stuff overall.

Happy with how this is working out. Got it holding up a big Samsung soundbar without any issues. There's barely any space between my TV and the soundbar, and I was able to run all the cables behind the mount down to the TV using some cable ties to keep things neat. Tried using the Samsung bracket that came with the soundbar at first since it looked sleeker, but it didn't hold up well enough and started to sag. The brackets that came with this mount do the job though.

This thing is built tough. Had no trouble mounting my Q-Series Soundbar HW-Q990D 11.1.4ch with Sub Woofer & Rear Speaker to my Samsung S95D OLED 77" Matte Finish. Getting it set up was a little tricky though, and because the soundbar weighs so much it sagged a bit when I first hung it, so I had to make some adjustments. Also fair warning—you definitely need at least 3 or 4 people to install this. Overall though, happy with it.

Finding the right mount for my soundbar was a bit of a challenge with how big and unique shapes have gotten lately. I was trying to install my LG S80TY soundbar on my LG C5 77" TV, using the Mounting Dream MD5428 kit along with a MantelMount MM340. The tough part was that the soundbar's mounting holes are about 28 inches apart, which is wider than the 27.56" horizontal bar that came with the MD5428 kit. I ended up reaching out to the company for their 41" bar to fit it properly. Additionally, the LG soundbar is pretty long and deep, so the standard holes on the bracket tray didn’t match up. I had to drill some new holes to secure the soundbar on the tray. But in the end, I’m really happy with how it turned out. The bracket feels solid and comes with a nice range of parts for adjustments. Hawkins Woodshop's customer support was great too—they quickly sent me the longer bar when I asked. The installation process wasn't too bad, but making everything fit just right took a bit of research and some DIY skills.

I recently purchased 4 of these while wall mounting all of my tvs and soundbars. Everything I used these mounts on are Samsung products. That makes 8 purchases from this brand including tv mounts too. They are consistent in their quality. These are simple but can be used to mount from several different positions and angles. Everything was labled and the instructions were easy to follow too. I opted to mount the main part of this while working on the tv mount. I did not do the part that actually holds the soundbar until after the tv was on the wall. I say that because If I remember right, the instructions recommended doing it all at once. I did not know if I would have to sit/lay the tv back down and did not want the soundbar in the way or supporting any weight unintentionally. This way I did ask my girlfriend to balance the soundbar while I put the screws in so I could not drop it. It was still fast and easy. This has done great for all 4 soundbars. I recommend this brands tv mounts too. Just get the swivel version for extra space if you intend to do alot of work behind the tvs like hiding wires.

Looks good and work with creativity
I used this to mount a Yamaha soundbar to a 43" lg tv. It worked and looks pretty good. It helped with the sound bar itself with sound as the Yamaha soundbar the speakers were pointed upward when just sitting on the stand. With these mounts now the soundbar speakers are forward facing towards you. As far as mounting to the sound bar, you need to be creative a bit. The instructions itself help a bit but really not very informative. Issue I had for a minute was actually how the brackets mounted to the sound bar directly. Nothing in directions said anything about this as the only thing on sound bar fpr mointing were the slots for a wall mount. After a bit of sifting through the array of hardware I found two little things with threads inside (like a bolt). I assessed size and they fit the wall mounting holes on back of sound bar. With the assistance of a hammer and a few light taps I got them pressed into back of sound bar. I was then able to bolt the sound bar onto the brackets. Nothong in the instructions said to do this but I assume it is needed to be done. You can adjust the mounts and bar pretty easily, but i took the easy road. I just ensured the angle of brackets were the same coming of the tv. Then i just bolted the sound bar onto brackets with the full extension on the selected slot that allows a lot of height adjustment. Doing this ensured thr bar was level to the tv and centered from edge to edge. I do have about a 1" gap from the tv to the soundbar but it was easier this way than measuring a lot for a flush look. And it really doesn't look bad either, just a small gap. Overall a easy setup once i uaed them bolt looking things and tapped into the back of the sound bar. As far as weight, these brackets are pretty heavy for the size of them. I was surprised by that. I am sure that they would jave no problem holding the 20'ish pounds as stated. The Yamaha bar I have is pretty heavy as it has a subwoofer included. These brackets have no issue holding the bar and the brackets nor have they flexed or bent when i mounted them. Just take a few minutes and use the spacers included with the hardware. Be creative and these brackets work great. If you cannot find a way to bolt onto the sound bar itself, find them threaded bolts with little teeth on the outside and see if they will fit into your wall mounting holes. Probaly will and go from there.

Sturdy soundbar mount for my soundbar.
I do like it but I also have an issue with it. I wanted to mount my soundbar on top of my tv. It works great and the soundbar is secure. My only issue is that the tops of this mount show. I tried to make adjustments to hide it but with my setup, I was unable. It didn't take me too long to install. It was a bit tricky to keep the tv in place while taking out the mounting bolts on the vesa mount. I don't know how they could get around this issue. Taking out one screw at a time and sliding the unit in place worked for me when I was by myself. At a later date, I took it apart to attempt to remedy my issue but I failed on that second attempt too.

Good quality and kit for the money. Could not buy all the parts at the store for the money. I had to chop the bottom 4” off the bracket arms to make it fit with a Bose sound bar to keep it close to the tv in my application. The Bose has mounting holes almost inline with the tv mount, no room to angle the lower bars. 100% would buy again even with the mod.
