This file cabinet is fantastic! It arrived quickly and was packed well. The quality is top-notch. I had originally wanted this cabinet but went for a cheaper option, and it just didn't compare. That one showed up damaged and I never got to put it together. I'm so glad I returned it and went with my first choice from Hawkins Woodshop. I'm happy with it! Don't think twice about this one. The quality of the file cabinet and the way it was packed and shipped is spot on! It has a gorgeous finish with a sleek, rounded design, and the inside has a nice black coating too. The drawers work flawlessly and fit hanging files just right. The packaging was really impressive—like it was in a fortress! Even with a gash on the carton, the styrofoam kept everything perfectly safe. It came fully assembled with the feet attached, and they even secured the keys under tape. Solid and nice filing cabinet
Starting my own business and needed to invest in a nice locking storage system. This fit the bill. Very solid. Looks expensive. Well made. Quality cabinet. Not that cheap filing cabinet you’d get an Office Depot. Also, was supposed to get this delivered Wednesday, arrived 4 days early! Wow. I was really debating about getting a larger file cabinet that was wood and matched my desk but just didn’t see myself having the time to put one together or the money to hire someone to put it together. Figured I’d pay the extra money to have a premade cabinet as it looked very quality. I’m glad I made that decision for sureOnly drawback is my legal sized pressboard folders tab brushes the top. Someone mentioned that hanging folder holders would not sit properly in the cabinet, mine had no issues and sit nicely in the drawer. I think if you used standard Manila envelopes you’ll have no issues but the tops of a pressboard folder will brush the top when you open/close the drawer. Doesn’t affect the functionality. Just makes a brushing noise when you close the drawer. Very first world problem. This does store a lot in the drawer. Would order it again and recommend for sure.

Fabulous quality and affordable - highly recommend
Fabulous build quality at an affordable price. Shopped for months at local office supply stores and similarly priced items appeared cheap — thinner metal — in comparison. They all arrived dented and I had to go through the hassle of returning them. But these cabinets are perfect! Draws move smoothly and unit doesn’t tip when the draw is full and completely extended. Nice locks and it comes with casters if you want to a mobile cabinet. So other than opting to put on wheels there’s no assembly required.
