I think this ottoman is really cute and it looks just like the pictures! I almost gave it 4 stars because it felt a bit flimsy at first, but then I found the insert hidden inside the lid. A few other reviews mentioned missing it too, so check inside the lid for the insert to make it solid. The insert is black and blends in, but I noticed a white piece of paper sticking out so I pulled it out. Just push it down into the bottom of the ottoman, and it becomes sturdy. They should probably make it clearer for others who might be confused and end up giving low ratings because they couldn’t find it.
