Great Chair with Some Issues
Overall, this chair is really good. Setting it up was a breeze, and the magnetic pillow is comfy. The seat is firm but shapes to you after a few days, which is nice. I like the lumbar support, and the adjustment feature works well. Just a heads up, the backrest is pretty stiff at first. If you're used to a softer chair and have bad posture, it might take a little time to adjust. On the downside, my backrest had crooked logo stitching, and after about a week, the lumbar support started making a loud popping noise. It doesn't affect how it feels, but it's annoying and makes me worry about how long it will last. Also, the height adjustment knob had some cosmetic damage when it arrived. I reached out to Hawkins Woodshop, and they were quick to respond. They sent me a replacement backrest after sorting out my issues. The new one feels way better, with softer foam and better movement on the lumbar support. The stitching looks great now too. One small hiccup was a damaged thread in a mounting hole, which made installation a bit tricky. Overall, I'm happy with the chair and it’s more comfortable than before.
