Great Chair for Better Posture
Overall, this chair is solid and feels high quality. It was super simple to put together. The magnetic pillow is comfy and stays in place. The seat is firm but softens up a bit with use, which is nice. The lumbar support is great and easy to adjust. Just a heads up, the backrest is pretty stiff at first, so if you’re used to softer chairs, it might feel a bit uncomfortable while you're getting used to sitting properly. On the downside, my backrest had crooked logo stitching, and after about a week, the lumbar support started popping loudly and creaking when I leaned back. It doesn’t affect how it feels to sit in, but it’s annoying and makes me worry about how long it’ll last. Also, the height adjustment knob had some cosmetic damage. I reached out to Colby for support and I'm waiting for a response. For the price, these things shouldn’t happen. Update: Colby got back to me after I reported the issues and sent a replacement backrest. I’m not sure if the first one was just a fluke, but the new foam is softer, and the lumbar support actually adjusts better now. The stitching on the replacement is spot on. There was a little trouble with one of the mounting holes, but overall, everything else is much improved and the chair is more comfortable now.

I checked out this chair and another one, but ended up choosing this one. The other chair had these big plastic holes that were uncomfortable. This chair looks smaller but is really comfy and sturdy. I'm 5'11" and 180 lbs, and the Regular size fits me perfectly. If you’re over 6'1", you might want to consider the XL size. I was using a budget chair before this for three years, so this is a huge upgrade for me. Putting it together was easy, and the instructions were clear. Plus, it arrived in solid shape.

Putting the chair together was easy too. Unlike other chairs where the back and seat are separate, with the Titan, you attach the backrest to a bracket that’s already secured. Pros: Chair overall is high quality. Assembly is very easy. The magnetic pillow stays put and is very comfortable. Seat is firm but not hard and conforms after a few days to your body. Lumbar support is very good adjustment is nice. Backrest is hard at first, if you are used to a very soft chair and most likely bad posture the chair may hurt your back as you adjust to sitting properlyCons: My backrest came with crooked logo stitching. I have contacted Secretlab support and I am waiting to hear back. For the price things like this shouldn't be an issue. Updated Sept 2022:SecretLab support responded and after verifying my various issues they shipped me a replacement backrest. I don't know if the first one was just defective or old stock from a previous revision but the replacement's foam is much softer and the lumbar support seems to actually move up and down where previously it felt as if it barely moved which I thought was just how it was designed. The stitching is also perfect. One defect is the threads in one of the mounting holes was damaged and took some effort to install. Everything else is good and the chair is more comfortable than it was before.
