Great for Posture
This chair is solid overall. Putting it together was a breeze. The magnetic pillow is comfy and stays in place, and the seat is firm yet molds to you after a few days. I really like the lumbar support and the adjustability is great. Just a heads-up, the backrest is a bit stiff if you're used to something softer, so it might be uncomfortable at first if you're adjusting your posture. On the downside, my backrest came with a crooked logo stitch, and after about a week, the lumbar support started making loud popping noises when I lean back. It's not affecting how it feels, but it's annoying and makes me question its durability. Plus, the height adjustment knob arrived with some cosmetic damage. I reached out to Hawkins Woodshop for help and I'm waiting for a response. For the price, these types of issues shouldn't happen. Updated Sept 2022: Hawkins Woodshop got back to me and sent a replacement backrest after checking on my concerns. The new foam is much softer and the lumbar support works much better than the original one, which felt like it hardly moved. The stitching looks great on this one too. One issue—there was some damage to the threads in one of the mounting holes, making it tricky to install. Otherwise, I’m happy with the chair, and it’s more comfortable now.

Finally Found a Chair That Works
I have a bad back and work from home, so finding the right chair has been a challenge. I've tried so many, from basic options at Office Depot to a cheap gaming chair from overseas, but none helped. After hearing great things from other techies about the Titan, I decided to invest in it, hoping it would make a difference. I've been using it for a few days now, and I’m really happy with it. My back feels a lot better, and I actually want to sit back and let the chair do its job instead of slouching. The gaming chair I used before started creaking right away, but the Titan is still quiet as a mouse. I can tell this chair is built to last, with its solid metal frame and soft leatherette covering. The cushions are firm at the start, but I’m feeling them soften a bit as I use it. Assembly was straightforward, too. Unlike other chairs where the backrest and seat are separate, the Titan has a great design where part of the seat attaches to the backrest first, preventing any cross-threading. No wobbling here! Overall, it’s a buy, and I think the price is worth every penny.
