Great Chair with Minor Issues
Overall, I think this chair is a solid choice. It was easy to put together, and the magnetic pillow is nice and comfy. The seat is firm but starts to mold to your body after a few days, which is great. I really like the lumbar support and how adjustable it is. Just a heads up, the backrest feels a bit hard at first—especially if you're used to a soft chair. It might take a bit to get accustomed to the right posture. On the downside, the backrest I received had some crooked logo stitching. After about a week, the lumbar support started making loud popping noises when I leaned back, which is annoying, though it doesn't affect how comfortable the chair is. The height adjustment knob also showed some cosmetic damage when it arrived. I reached out to Hawkins Woodshop for help and I'm waiting to hear back. I didn't expect this kind of issue for the price. Update: Hawkins Woodshop got back to me and sent a replacement for the backrest. Not sure if the first one was just a fluke or old stock, but the new foam is way softer and the lumbar support actually adjusts like it should. The new stitching looks, but I had some trouble with one of the mounting holes during installation due to a damaged thread. Other than that, I'm happy with the chair, and it's more comfortable now.

A Long Search For A Good Chair Ends
I’ve been on the hunt for a good chair due to my bad back while working from home, and nothing has worked for me until now. I've tried plenty of chairs over the years, from budget options to inexpensive gaming chairs, but they all ended up causing back pain. Eventually, I decided to give the Titan a shot after hearing great things from other tech folks. I've had it for a few days, and I’m really happy with it. Putting it together was different from other chairs—usually, the seat and backrest are separate, but with the Titan, they're integrated in a way that makes assembly easier and more stable. The backrest connects securely, and there's no wobble at all. Overall, this chair lives up to its name and is worth every penny.

Just by looking at the detailed packaging of all the accessories, you can tell this is a top-notch product. I don't think the price is bad for what you get. I used to have a NACON chair, and if you're coming from something like that, the difference is huge in my opinion. This chair is excellent in every way. Pros: Chair overall is high quality. Assembly is very easy. The magnetic pillow stays put and is very comfortable. Seat is firm but not hard and conforms after a few days to your body. Lumbar support is very good adjustment is nice. Backrest is hard at first, if you are used to a very soft chair and most likely bad posture the chair may hurt your back as you adjust to sitting properlyCons: My backrest came with crooked logo stitching. It does not effect the functionality or comfort of the chair but is very annoying and worries me for longevity. The height adjustment knob also came with cosmetic damage. I have contacted Secretlab support and I am waiting to hear back. For the price things like this shouldn't be an issue. Updated Sept 2022:SecretLab support responded and after verifying my various issues they shipped me a replacement backrest. I don't know if the first one was just defective or old stock from a previous revision but the replacement's foam is much softer and the lumbar support seems to actually move up and down where previously it felt as if it barely moved which I thought was just how it was designed. The stitching is also perfect. One defect is the threads in one of the mounting holes was damaged and took some effort to install. Everything else is good and the chair is more comfortable than it was before.
