Proper Posture
The chair feels like good quality overall. It was easy to put together, and the magnetic pillow stays where it should and is really comfy. The seat is firm but shapes to your body after a few days. The lumbar support is solid, and it adjusts nicely. I’ll say the backrest feels pretty stiff at first, and if you've been using a soft chair, it might take some getting used to for your back until you sit properly. On the downside, my backrest had some crooked stitching on the logo. Then, after about a week, the lumbar support started making loud popping noises when I leaned back, which is annoying but doesn’t change how comfortable the chair is. Also, the height adjustment knob had some cosmetic damage. I've reached out to Colby for help, and I'm waiting on a response. For what I paid, I didn’t expect these issues. Update (Sept 2022): Colby got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement backrest after confirming my issues. I’m not sure if the first one was a lemon or old stock, but this one is way better. The foam is softer, and the lumbar support moves up and down properly now, compared to before. The stitching on this one is spot on too. Just one minor issue with a damaged thread in one of the mounting holes that made installation tricky. Overall, it's a lot more comfortable than before.

I still game like a shrimp, but this chair is so comfy and really well made. The packaging was great too. I got one for my boyfriend as well. I've been using mine for over 3 years, and aside from my cat using the armrest to sharpen his claws before jumping in my lap, it looks as good as new because of the solid quality.
