Pleasantly surprised!
I wasn't too sure about this at first but decided to give it a shot since the price was reasonable. I'm glad I did because it's a great product! The rolling pin feels sturdy and has a nice weight to it. I love that it comes with gauge rings for both metric and imperial measurements. The rolling mat is fantastic—it lays flat right away and grips the counter well with no slipping. Plus, it has all these handy conversion tables for weight, temperature, and volume. I’ve been on the lookout for this set for quite a while here on the west coast of Canada. I’ll make sure to update if anything changes while I use it, but I'm satisfied with it at the moment.

Great silicone mat for baking!
I’m really enjoying the silicone mat for baking cookies, pastries, and especially bread. Cleanup on the counter is a breeze with this large mat, which is a great feature. It still manages to keep the coolness of my granite countertops when working with bread and pastries. The rolling pin is useful, but I wish it came in a larger size for things like tea biscuits or scones. I have to be careful not to roll out too large since 10cm is a bit snug for scones. I prefer wiping down the rolling pin instead of fully immersing it in water to help it last longer. Overall, this mat is much cheaper than the Joseph ones, and I’m happy with my choice.
