Shipping was super quick! This is solid wood, not that cheap press board. The assembly instructions were clear and straightforward. They suggest having two people for setup, but I managed it on my own without issues. Recommend! Even my dog gives it a paws up! (Dog not included.)

We bought this to swap out an old pullout couch, looking for something that works for seating and can also accommodate guests, and it’s perfect! I've dealt with cheap futons for my kids in the past, but this is different. It’s solidly built and went together pretty easily. Sure, it took a couple of hours, but we’ve gotten pretty good at assembling things lately. The mattress is an innerspring type, and it feels great to sit on and even better to sleep on. We chose this model specifically for its thicker mattress, which makes a big difference. We’re pleased with our choice and I can see this lasting a long time, even with the grandkids using it! The cover material seems high quality too, but I still plan on using a mattress pad and sheets for guests. Just picked up a waterproof mattress pad as a backup in case of any spills from the little ones!
