Perfect solution for my TV
I got a new TV last year and it was quite a bit bigger than my old one. I had it on a nice glass console, but the new TV had those tiny feet positioned all the way at the edges, so it wouldn't fit. I didn’t want to buy a new console, so I found this stand from Hawkins Woodshop. I was a bit unsure at first, but it turned out to be fantastic and sturdy. Assembly was a breeze. I mounted it right where I needed it, and then just lifted one end of the TV at a time to take off the feet. The second one I bought was for my 55” TV, and it was even simpler to install—no need to find studs or make holes in the wall, plus I could easily access the back for all the connections. The adjustable height is a nice touch, letting me set it just right for my soundbar to fit underneath. If you’re considering this, just do it—you won’t be disappointed! Also, the top of the stand for my bigger TV had an extra threaded hole, so I secured it with a strap to the bookshelf behind it. The setup is rock solid, and I feel confident it won’t tip over.

Great alternative if you can't wall mount!
I just set up my 55" Sony TV on the PERLESMITH stand, and I'm really happy with it. The stand feels solid and is well built, plus it was easy to put together. It comes with a variety of screws to attach your TV using the VESA holes, but my screws were too short, so I had to pick up some extras. I later found out that Sony included some socket-hole extenders that weren't mentioned in the TV's setup guide, which would have worked with the screws provided. Be careful not to over-tighten the screws when securing the column to the base—I can see how you could accidentally break the glass if you're not cautious! The trickiest part was figuring out the right height for the TV, but once I had the mounting bracket set, the TV was stable on the stand. There's no way it's going to tip over unless you try. Overall, I’m satisfied with the stand and think it was a great deal.

Low price, good quality.
I found a bunch of TV stands out there, but I picked this one because it had a great price and looked just like the rest. I’m happy with my choice. It was pretty easy to put together, which I liked a lot. One thing that stood out to me was that all the hardware came organized in a strip, so I could grab what I needed in order. It started with the necessary tools and then went through all the parts and fasteners. I got the package this morning, and my TV is now on it. It looks nice with the thick black tempered glass base. A couple of things to note: the tools provided are an allen wrench and an open-end wrench, but you’ll need a Phillips screwdriver for the last steps. Also, remember to loosely fit the mounts to the TV first, as the cross piece blocked some of the inputs for me, so I had to make some adjustments. But overall, I'm really satisfied with it.
