My husband and I spent a good 3+ hours putting this together, but we weren't rushing. The instructions got confusing in spots, so we just took our time and double-checked everything. It was actually kind of fun building it together as a project. The piece is light and really functional for what it does. I thought it'd be smaller based on where I wanted to put it, but it turned out bigger than I pictured—though still compact enough for someone my size. If you're taller than 5'8", you might sit lower than ideal, but you can swap out the chair like I did. The mirror sits pretty high up. The whole thing feels sturdy and solid, not cheap at all. It comes with security screws if you want to wall-mount it, but I skipped that in case I move it later. I was impressed with how big the drawers are—way more storage than I expected. The shelf behind the mirror adjusts with pegs too, which is handy if you've got taller bottles or products. There's also a spot for a hair dryer (works as a cup holder too if you don't need that). Affordable, spacious, easy to build
I love this vanity I had limited space and it was an absolutely perfect fit. My only qualms were that the mirror door partialy blocks a portion of the cabinet so you'd have to reach in at a weird angle to put things in and get them out or you might just forget about whatever you put in there because out of site out of mind ya know, the other thing is that they give you 4 little fabric or felt like stickers for the stool so you can slide it on tile or wood surfaces without scratching but after about a week they came off and the sticky stuff catches all the dust. The mirror is very nice and the lights are great as well, it has 3 settings which I think is great for seeing your makeup in different lighting. The drawers are super spacious (excuse my mess I have a toddler shes constantly in my makeup) It was not that intimidating when I opened the box to build it, instruction were clear and easy to follow. It's surprisingly light, you could move it by yourself if necessary but I recommend a team move because you don't want to risk tripping on the outlet cord or breaking the mirror.

I love my new vanity! I'm 5 ft 1 and the chair sits plenty high enough for me to see in the mirror perfectly. Mirror lights are great, as I use it in the evening a lot. It's very spacious and the outlets and dryer holder on the side are wonderful. It does require quite a bit of assembly though, so be prepared for that. It's not complicated, but does take some time.
