I got this for my granddaughter and wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be better than I thought. The unit feels heavy and well made, and putting it together was a breeze. Once it was assembled, I found the drawers, which I was a bit worried about, were pretty sturdy and slid smoothly. The lighted mirror is a great addition and offers three different light tints. The pieces are solid and come pre-drilled for all the fasteners, and everything lined up just right. They even numbered the pieces, which made identifying what to put together easy, and all the fasteners were nicely organized. I didn’t run into any issues during assembly, but I will say that the instructions suggest 45 minutes, which seemed way too short to me. I ended up assembling it in sections to move it, which probably added to the time, but I think a few hours would be more realistic. The package arrived in a really large, heavy box that was quite a challenge for me at 76 years old, but I made it work. There was no damage from shipping, thanks to the thick Styrofoam they used for protection. Just be prepared for a lot of packing material to deal with. Overall, I was happy with the quality and attention to detail in the packaging. If this unit suits your needs, I’d recommend it.
