Great looking shoe and coat stand!!
Picked up this item to put in the small wall area in our kitchen by the laundry room/side door area - fits perfectly!! Great place to store our outside shoes, hats and light jackets that we may need during the short cooler times. Very easy to put together, everything is labeled well, different screws/hardware are even individually packaged and labeled for each section unlike some put together items that just dumps them all into a bag and you have to sort them to figure out which ones are which... Awesome! Not that there are that many different screws to be a problem. I believe it's nicely made for the price - so nice, I bought a slightly different one the day I received and put together this one to put by my front door and literally just finished putting it together. Now I need to do some rearranging with the dining room table and my paracord holder as the new one will be going where it was sitting!! LOLThese items don't take long to put together and I did them by myself - I'm a 55 year old female but am decently mechanically inclined. Even someone not mechanically inclined should be able to put these together relatively easily. My one suggestion is to not snug the screws in completely until it's all together as having some wiggle room to adjust everything and line it up properly is always needed on these type things. Just makes it easier and will save yourself a bit of a possible headache as you go. Doesn't take long to go back through and tighten everything up. Also, I hate hex keys and used my own ratcheting handle with the correct bit instead. : )

It’s a keeper
Update: the metal hooks are metal, although flat shape, I was concerned about stretching or tearing clothes I hang in hooks. So on amz, I found rubber strip that I cut & glued on the hanging edge. You can search & find: “black U channel rubber edge 1/16 edge, 3/8 inch wide”. I bought a 3ft length for about $8. Cut the pieces to fit the 9 hooks & glued them on. Now hooks have a cushioned top edge. Works fine; now I can hang w/out gear of damaging clothes. Coat rack is nice size, wood parts are finished well (probably polyurethane). Adjustable feet for leveling; great if your floor is uneven. Very ez to assemble. Has safety straps if you need to anchor it to the wall. Mine had a bit of rust on two parts; the paint is a flat black, not baked enamel. I just wiped it off. The odd thing that’s may be a mix up, the two top vertical curved tube parts were not right and left. I received two right side tubes. The only issue is that the tubes have an indent where the screws go, so that the head of the screw is recessed into the tube. With a right tube on left side, the screws on that side aren’t recessed into the tube, and the two recessed areas can be seen on the right side of the tube where the wood meets the tube. Not a major issue. The 9 metal hooks that sit on the wood slide & are removable. What I don’t like is the metal hook has no rubber or plastic on the edge of the hooks; the metal corners could be rough on hung clothes. I’m going to squirt a dab of silicone caulk on edges of those hooks to protect my coats & hoodies. Overall, it’s a good sturdy & stylish & functional & useful piece of stuff for my hallway. Not a bad buy at all!!

Sturdy, well made
I was very pleasantly surprised when I assembled this unit. Each different type of bolt or screw was in its own bag, labeled with a letter which corresponds to the Instructions. Each piece of the unit is likewise labeled. The instructions are drawings which are large enough to see, there are expanded drawings so you can clearly see how things are supposed to connect together. The assembly itself was easy, the Allen wrench required to screw in all the connecting bolts is included in the package. Everything is nicely threaded and holes are properly lined up. I assembled it by myself with no problem in about half an hour, including the time spent unpacking all the pieces. There is however one suggestion for assembly. When attaching the brackets (Part C) To the underside of the wooden bench seat (Part D), do not tighten those four bolts all the way down until after you have inserted the wooden bench seat in between the two uprights (Part A) and bolted it into place. The bolts that hold the seat in place go through the two uprights (Part A) and into the end of the brackets (Part C), and you will likely need to slide the brackets a tiny bit to line the holes up with the bolts properly. Once the bench seat is in place, go ahead and snug everything down. Other than that, I had absolutely no trouble lining up holes or threading in screws and bolts. This unit looks nice, seems sturdy, and because it is not a huge piece of furniture, it fits pretty nicely in my kitchen, right next to the back door, without being in the way of my pantry which is on the other side of the unit. The only thing to be aware of is that the two wire shelves under the bench seat do not have a lot of clearance between them. I think in the description of the item it said seven or 7 1/2 inches. So if you plan to use those shelves for a shoe rack, just be aware that boots will not fit, and probably ankle high shoes or boots would be tight. I fit four pairs of sneakers on each shelf, but I also don't have huge feet. Probably three pairs of men's shoes on each shelf would be the limit. Anyhow, I am happy with this item, it fits where I wanted it to fit, seems sturdy, and looks nice. A piece of rubber matting or a boot tray or similar could be placed underneath the bottom shelf to catch any drips from wet shoes if desired. I'm happy with this item and would recommend it to others.

Stylish and functional
I live in an apartment but really wanted a wall coat hanger. After looking at different options, this one made the most sense, as it could hold lots of hanging items (coats, dog leash, keys, umbrella, etc.), but I ended up really liking the functionality of the bench to hold my bags and the shoe racks. I finally finished putting it together yesterday and love it! I knocked off 1 star because it was not quick to assemble, and as it got closer to being finished it was a little tricky. I was able to do it solo, but I was annoyed toward the end. I’d recommend not tightening all the screws fully (tighten maybe 85% of the way) until the whole thing is fully assembled. The directions are easy to follow and things made sense, it’s just a fast assembly. Without any additional tool or hands, it took me about 2 hours total to complete. But for the price, I’m happy with my purchase. And the color is sleek, and matches great with the floors of my apartment.

This is a great entry station for small area! Easy to put together- just take your time- sturdy and heavy weight! There were no missing parts and everything was clearly labeled Plenty of hooks for sweaters, jackets, hats etc. Even a hanging rack! Bench can be used for sitting on, although I use it to place handbag, items I want to take with me and have a separate bench beside it! Looks like it will be long lasting too!

It took me less than a couple of hours to build. I did skip the last step though because it seemed somewhat sturdy on its own. In fact if anyone (or even the company) wants to express why I should screw it into the wall, you can totally let me know. Aside from that the price was reasonable, I got what I paid for. The color does match with whatever it has available. It is somewhat taller than me (for reference I'm like 5'5) but I think it is manageable. It's definitely not too tall if anyone is worried about it scratching the ceiling. The hooks work as in intended and can hold a jacket or purse, maybe even a backpack. The additional upper bar can also hold hanging clothes.
