After taking a break from buying vinyl LPs, I started adding to my collection again and found some real gems, but a few records had terrible pops and clicks. One album, which I got from a local shop, had no visible damage but was unplayable due to the noises. I even sent it back for a professional cleaning, but it didn't help. Then I came across this Eveo Premium Vinyl Cleaner on Hawkins Woodshop. I decided to give it a shot despite it being shipped from far away. Following the instructions, I was able to clean most of the annoying clicks off my record, and my stylus was gunk-free after! The velvet brush is solid and works well, covering the vinyl evenly without risk of scratches, and the smaller brush seems to do its job too, although I haven’t tried the stylus cleaner yet. Great record cleaning kit!
I've been into vinyl for a long time, since 1973, so I know how to take care of them pretty well. I grabbed this kit after doing my homework— one for me and one for my son, who just picked up his first record. I lost my old cleaning kit during a move, and the usual microfiber cloth just wasn't cutting it anymore. Now, about this kit. Some people complained about the brush being small, but it actually fits perfectly between the grooves where the music is! It's meant to be used by sweeping it forward off the edge of the record, so size isn't an issue. This brush is way better than my old Discwasher one. It’s softer and doesn't build up static, plus it cleans deeper. It’s flat, so it gets to the surface without needing too much pressure, which helps avoid any damage to your records. As for the stylus gel, it's supposed to be a solid thing, not a jelly you wipe on your stylus. A lot of people seem confused about that, but it works well as intended and makes cleaning easier without extra friction. And about the shipping issues, if bottles break, that’s on the courier, not the product itself. Those complaints don't make sense. Also, I don’t care about the expired coupon people are fussing over. Who expected a freebie anyway? To wrap it up: the brush is fantastic if you follow the instructions, the stylus gel is a great upgrade from brushes, and the expired coupon thing is no big deal. The packaging looks nice, although a bit more padding wouldn't hurt. Overall, this is a solid cleaning system, and I don't think you'll find much better out there.

Cleans Vinyl Like a Pro
I recently started collecting vinyl LPs again after a long break, mainly sticking to music from the 80s.
