Easy Build- awesome desk
Purchased this with hesitation because of the complaints about instructions to build it. I am so glad I ignored them and took the leap. I am a 68 year old "fit" woman and it took me about 5 hours to build on my own including setting up my computer with two monitors. No help from anyone. I will explain how at the end of this review if any one is interested. This desk is very stable and sturdy. The steel is quite thick; the legs without the top, weight 75 lbs. It is virtually silent when adjusting the height and it moves very smoothly. Adjustability makes this desk comfortable and ergonomic. The top, although it has 3 seams, is very "fluid" in moving the mouse and are smooth with no "lippage". The only thing missing as far as instructions go is the labeling of the parts. However, I spent 5 minutes going through the instruction booklet and labeled the parts before I started. That made the build extremely easy. Holes are all pre-drilled and perfectly lined up. I did have to drill 1 hole to finish attaching the electronics.... No big deal. How, without any help did it put the 155 lb desk together by myself? I built the legs as the instructions described. Then I had a platform that I built the top on, flipped it over and slid it onto the legs and instead of having it upside down to attach the top to the legs, I got under the desk and lined everything up (which was quite easy) and attached them together from underneath. I did one outside leg, the inside leg and then the other outside leg. Everything lined up perfect. Also installed the electronics from below the top. Beautiful desk!

Dream desk — stunning L-shape with smooth electric lift!
This vivo L-shaped standing desk has completely transformed my home office and I could not be more impressed!
