Overall pleased with my purchase.
Love it for an apartment. Easy to put together but it’s imperative that you have a drill. Took me about 2 hours. Smaller than I thought but I’m overall pleased and directions are easy to follow.

Affordable price for product size & storage
You will need a drill!! I was nervous as the reviews were indecisive, specially about the packaging. I am glad I ordered as my experience was great. Packaging was well done and split in 3 for easy delivery. Size is what you order, and for the price and accessibility it is great. It is lighter than what it looks like but that is helpful as I enjoy rearranging my room every now and then. The storage capacity is okay; I can fit about 20 thin blouses in each big drawer. I personally need more space, but when you are keeping a budget in mind and don't want to pay an arm and leg at Ashley's, this is great. The material is not real wood. But it is solid and has all parts included for assembling. We followed exact instructions, but my husband still ended up redrilling each sliding as the drawer movement was not perfect. It is prone to scratches so mind that when moving. All in all, it's an affordable price and for the product itself I stick with 4 stars. If I could review the customer service, I would do 5/5, they reached out to me as soon as my order was placed and answered my questions amazingly. I wish they had the 3-drawer brown dresser available, but I am keeping my eye out to order asap. We also ordered the tall 7 drawer, but my husband said his clothes could wait so we have yet to assemble. I'll come back and add pictures/updates for the finished product :)
