Customer service was 5/5. Very easy to communicate with and very timely responses. The cabinet is a beautiful natural wood color. It’s very close to a white oak natural wood color. A little bit lighter than the images, but the images are pretty true to the product description. Took a photo of the wood color for reference! Hope this helps!

Very Pretty, but be careful!
It looks beautiful. You have to be careful putting this product together so no boards are stressed. This product is made from particle board. They can break easy where the metal screw pieces go into them if excessive pressure or torque is exerted in the wrong directionThe first unit went together fine, but it takes about 2 hours. When I was putting together the 2nd cabinet, as I was trying to put in corner brackets, the board fell leaned over and fell against other boards. This put too much pressure on the screw at the joints and the particle broke in many areas rendering the cabinet pieces useless. These boards are very fragile and vulnerable when putting them together. It is best to do it with 2 people with one person holding or supporting the boards upright as you put in corner brackets and the top piece. Once it is assembled, I think it will do just fine, but during assembly you have to be extremely careful and cautious. The company was very gracious and understood how this particle board can break easy and replaced the broken pieces which I greatly appreciated. Just be careful putting it together. The other issue is the small plastic pieces holding up the shelves are not impressive. I had my shelves fall off these holders several times when I was putting the unit together before the back piece was installed. I really suggest to the company that they really should be using metal shelve holders, not these light weigh small plastic ones. As the shelves kept falling off, I thought to myself if these shelves fall when I have good china/ or expensive dishware stacked on these shelves, all my dishes would have fallen and cracked. Its just not worth that risk.. Personally, I threw their plastic shelve holders away and went out a bought metal ones. The cabinet is already made of particle board which is not ideal, don't make people think it is really a cheap cabinet by only providing extremely cheap shelf holders and make people worry about their china falling and getting broken and ruined. The company should spend the little bit of money it would cost to should upgrade their shelve holders t and provide metal shelve holders so a calamity like that won't happen.

Great quality for the price
I was happy to find this quality set of cabinets at an affordable price! I wasn’t totally sure what I’d be getting when I first ordered them since there weren’t any reviews with photos posted at the time, but I’m happy I took the gamble. The cabinet doors are textured to mimic real wood grain which was a nice unexpected touch, and that little bit of detail really does a lot to elevate the look. The rest of the paneling is a more smooth laminate-type material with very light texture but does not look too cheap. The finished product feels solid and I feel good about it lasting a long time. My only gripe is that I wish the door magnets were a little bit stronger. Overall, these look like I spent more on them than I actually did, so I’m very happy with my purchase. It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble two cabinets by myself. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. Photos included in natural daylight, and nighttime with warm lighting.
