The only trouble I ran into was with the drawer sliders; the instructions were a bit confusing at first. But I figured out that it didn't matter how I put them in since they can go either way. The assembly feels a bit odd as it all comes together at the end, but it was mostly straightforward. It's a huge upgrade from my old IKEA desk, both in materials and quality. I’d recommend it!

I'm really happy with this desk! The box was pretty heavy, so I had to unpack it piece by piece in my condo, but it was worth it. The desk is solid and just the right size for what I need. Everything fit together nicely. I'm 78 and have a bad back and arthritis, so I was a bit worried about putting it together, but the instructions were clear. I do wish the pictures were larger in the instructions, though. The screwdriver that came with it wasn’t great, so I ended up using my own, which worked better. If you want a sturdy yet light desk, this one checks all the boxes. I'd recommend it—great value for the price!
