Great desk with some minor issues
Putting it together was pretty simple, but it took a little while. I split the assembly over two days, which was frustrating since I had to hold and screw things in by myself. It’s manageable, just a bit tricky. I like that you can set it up with the L shape on either side. I’m not a fan of fabric drawers, so the hanging pouches work better for me; they stay put and don’t fall out like the fabric ones do, plus they have dividers for organization. The pegboard is neat, but they only include S hooks, so if you want to hang things like controllers, you’ll need other hooks. It might fit a thin keyboard, but otherwise, not the best choice for hanging. The LED strip is nice too, but the edge is peeling a bit, possibly from the cable pulling on it, though it’s mostly intact. There’s just one button for on/off and color cycling. The keyboard shelf feels a bit low for my taste. While it’s great to have, I’m not really in love with it. I also think the desk could be a little deeper; it works, but with a monitor stand, space gets tight. I tried putting my printer on the lower shelf, but it didn’t fit. Anyways, it’s a solid desk overall with plenty of features, and for the price, it’s a good deal. I’m just nitpicking some aspects that could be improved.
