After having some issues, I’ve got to say Hawkins Woodshop really stepped up! They listened to my concerns and went out of their way to make it right. I'm giving it 2 stars because the bulbs started failing after a short time. I enjoyed the product while it worked, though. If they could send me some replacement bulbs, I’d be happy to change my rating!

Perfect lights for my patio
These lights are exactly what I was looking for to light up our patio beneath the new awning. The white cord blends right in with the canvas fabric, and having holes in each socket made it easy to attach them to the awning with zip ties. I bought these lights back in November 2020 to use under my patio. They mostly stayed protected from the weather, but they still faced the heat of the South. About a year later, I noticed that several lights were dimmer, and a few eventually burned out completely. After a couple more messages to confirm the type of lights and my shipping details, Colby informed me that replacements were on the way. A week later, I found new bulbs on my doorstep! Overall, I'm happy with the lights; they look nice and provide good light, at least most of the time. I was a bit surprised by how quickly some of the LED lights went out, so I’d give them 4 stars. But the customer service? That deserves a full 5 stars! This is actually my first review ever, but I felt like I had to write it just because of how impressed I am with the support.
