The printed instructions were just ok - but the video was helpful. The assembly was easy but a couple of the holes for joining the pieces were slightly off which necessitated a bit of forcing. Still, the assembly went well and the desk is sturdy and attractive. Were it not for the slight misalignment of the joining holes, I would have given it a 5.

The instructions were clear and the parts were well-organized, making assembly a breeze overall. The only hiccup I encountered was with the screws for the legs; they were extremely hard to tighten by hand. I ended up using a drill to get them in properly, which is a heads up for anyone who isn’t quite as strong as the Hulk. That aside, I love the color, it brightens up my small workspace, and the size of the drawer space and storage shelf is just perfect for keeping everything neat and accessible. Overall, this desk is not only very attractive but also functional, making it a great addition to any compact office setup. Highly recommended!

Perfect size for a smaller area. The finish is pretty, It receive lots of compliments. The assembly was very easy. The desk is sturdy and the drawer is a good size. There are no built in dividers. It is some what awkward to open the drawer since they is no handle, but it's not that big of deal. I love the look of the desk and the convenience of the open area next to thecdrawer it helps keep the clutter tucked away. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Great desk for people on a budget!
The desk looks nice and holds up well and sturdy. To all the old people in the reviews complaining about misaligned pieces or pieces that broke during installation, that’s simply user error. This isn’t a “real” wood desk, it’s particle board like furniture you’d find at ikea. The only real wood things being the legs. Because of this it is prone to breaking if you are too rough or careless with it during installation. Take caution when using power tools/ratchets and take your time during installation. Don’t install anything too tight or you can break the particle board and make it unstable. It took me an hour and a half to install the right way. If you want a real wood desk you can expect to pay way more than a couple hundred dollars. This isn’t the 1950’s anymore, people! Brand new wood furniture costs a lot of money!! This is a nice and stylish desk for people on a budget that can’t afford the real mid century furniture that costs many hundreds to thousands of dollars. I highly recommend, do not let the bad reviews of people who broke their desk sway you from buying, they didn’t know what they were doing. Follow the instructions carefully, be patient, be gentle, and you have your self a nice desk. Overall I am happy with this purchase, it’s worth it.
