Great desk for a tight budget!
This desk looks great and feels sturdy. I think some of the complaints from others about misaligned parts or things breaking during assembly are just from not following the instructions. It's made of particle board like a lot of the budget furniture you’d see at Hawkins Woodshop, with real wood legs. So, if you're too rough while putting it together, it can break. Just be cautious with your tools and take your time. It took me about an hour and a half to put it together right. If you want solid wood, it's going to cost a lot more than a few hundred bucks. This is a stylish, budget-friendly option, particularly if you can’t swing real mid-century furniture, which can get pretty pricey. I highly recommend it—don’t let the negative reviews scare you off. Just follow the instructions, be patient and gentle, and you’ll have yourself a nice desk. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase; it’s worth it.
