Love these XL boxes!
Putting these together was a bit tricky at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty straightforward. You have to fold the tabs in to get them to click together. I started with the back piece on a flat surface and worked my way around, and after I figured that out, I had all 12 boxes ready in about 15 minutes. The doors open and close really nicely, and they make great vertical towers since they can be stacked. They don’t connect sideways, but the weight of the shoes keeps them stable. I bought these for my son, who wears a size 9, and they fit well with some extra space for high tops. If you have bigger feet, I'd suggest going for the XXL instead of the XL. Overall, I’m happy with these boxes. They look good, make it easy to access shoes, and help keep things organized. Plus, there's ventilation holes in the back for air circulation. We've only had them for a couple of days, so I can't speak to their durability yet, but they seem solid so far. Nothing was broken on arrival. I’d buy these again!

I've picked up five boxes, each with 12 units, and they can be a bit tricky to assemble at first. Just take your time—after the first couple, you’ll get the hang of it. As for how sturdy they are, they end up being more reliable than they might seem at the start. They aren't high-end display cases, and they won't hold a ton of weight (not meant to be a sideboard), but honestly, given the price, what else can you expect?

Start with the back piece on a flat surface, then click the molded box in place, starting on one side until you hear the click, then just do the other sides. After we got the hang of it, we had all 12 boxes ready in about 15 minutes. The doors open and close nice and smoothly and fit well. They can stack vertically into tall towers, though they don't connect sideways; the weight of the shoes keeps them stable. I bought these for my son who wears size 9 shoes, and there’s a little room left, even with high tops. If you have bigger feet, I’d suggest the XXL since we grabbed the XL. Overall, I'm quite happy with these boxes. They look good, are easy to use for storing shoes, and help keep things organized. I noticed they have holes at the back for airflow, which is nice.
