Great Looking Dog Crate
We got the extra large version for our 75-pound Lab, who's 15 months old. I waited three months to share my thoughts because I wanted to see how it holds up. Pros: This crate looks fantastic in our family room; way better than the plastic one we used previously. It's spacious enough for him to walk around and stretch out—I've shared some photos of him napping in it. It's also easy to clean since the floor has a non-absorbent surface; just a quick wipe with a damp paper towel does the trick. It came with all the assembly hardware and instructions. If you’ve built IKEA furniture before, you can handle this. Cons: It is a bit pricey considering it’s made of contact paper on pressed wood. The sliding door could be better; the track isn’t smooth and feels like it could come off the track when using it. We don't use it and keep the door locked, so it’s not a major concern for us, but it's worth mentioning for those planning to use it regularly. Other Thoughts: We added a dog pad inside for some extra comfort. If you have a dog that chews or is destructive, this might not be the best option, as it probably wouldn’t hold up well with a determined chewer. Overall, I’d buy it again and rate it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

The quality is very good, no chips or misaligned holes. The instructions were pictures and if you look ahead few steps, it’s easy to put together. It did not take me 40 minutes (3x that time) as the instructions suggested. I loved the extra hardware including the screw-driver. I have assembled things like this before and this brand did an excellent job anticipating needs to assemble. I have a 70lb lab and this fits nicely, although my cat prefers the space. The door mechanism with the latch at the bottom of the door and the side keeps the door closed.

Love this crate. It took a bit to put together. But, it's sturdy and our dog loves it. I purchased a crib mattress (that I had cut remove a couple of rows of coils from the length. But the depth was perfect). Our pooch loves his little Taj Mahal. The only con is the lock on the front. It's a bit flimsy. But, we secure the center post with a velcro strap when we have to lock him in. No big deal.

Great size, quality and easy to put together alone. It took me about an hour and 15 minutes to complete. The instructions were very simple and laid out nicely. Like it. Not as thick and sturdy as some other brands but still does the job. Easy one person assembly comes with a magnetic screwdriver as well. Instructions are clear, my 40 lb puppy likes it and she's a small-medium. Easy to pick up and move due to the wood not being too heavy duty. If you have a rough and tough dog that is known for chewing through walls maybe go for a cage thats thicker than this one.
