First off, my mattress was delivered to the wrong door, which wasn't great, but I ended up getting it sorted out. It arrived quickly in a mostly undamaged box, a few small rips on the outside but nothing serious inside. Setting it up took just two of us about 30 minutes, just make sure to follow the instructions that come with it for opening. Do it in a big space! We opened it in a tight room and it was a bit overwhelming. It inflated quickly and has already puffed up to the full 8 inches, which is nice. It hardly had any smell, just a light scent when I first opened it. I'm not picky about beds, but it feels soft and seems to be medium firm, which is good for me. My cats like it too! I'm happy with my purchase, and it even got here earlier than I expected. I can't speak to how well it holds up yet, but when I press on it, it feels sturdy.

This is a great bed for the price! It arrived in a large box that was roughly 5 feet tall and 2 feet wide, weighing about 30 to 50 pounds. The bed is vacuum sealed, so keep your distance when you cut the seal because it inflates quickly. It took me around 4 hours to put it together on my own, but I took a fair number of breaks. The lights are super cool and the adjustable backrest is a feature. I weigh 300 pounds, and the backrest supports me well. The bed is comfortable and not too firm, which I like. I do sink about 6 inches when I sit on the edge, but that’s just a weight thing. If you’re lighter, you won’t experience that. Plus, the backrest has a neat storage option where it opens up about 6 inches, and there’s also a 5-inch space along the headboard for extra storage. I'm planning to get another one!
