After searching for a while, I chose this Zinus 12" mattress with pocket coils and cooling foam. It was easy to set up, just unrolled it and let it sit for a few days. There was a slightly odd smell at first, but it went away. It felt light and cheap at first since there are no sides, and I could feel the springs. But once my child was on it, it seemed comfortable. I got the Zinus 12-inch King Cooling Comfort Hybrid, and it’s fantastic! It feels high-quality, supportive, and is just right if you don’t want something too soft or too hard. It arrived pretty quickly, expanded nicely, and is comfortable—much better than I expected. My only issue is with the delivery. I specifically asked for the mattress to be placed at the back of my house and leaned against the wall since I’m home with a 4-month-old and can’t lift heavy stuff by myself. I also wanted to avoid leaving it out front where it could be taken. Unfortunately, the delivery guys ignored my instructions and just left it by the front door on a rainy day. I could see on my camera that they read my notes but didn’t follow them. The mattress is great, but I wish the delivery had been more thoughtful.
