I ordered this bed to replace an outdated frame in our guest room. The bed arrived ready to assemble with clearly labelled parts and detailed printed instructions. The necessary tools (Allen wrench and Allen ratchet) were also included. There is a lot to assemble: headboard, frame, underbed storage baskets, and led lighting— and it took over an hour to complete, but that was only because there was so much to put together. The assembled bed has a nice modern look and is made with materials that should last for years. The only modifications I made was to add gray foam behind the headboard shelf to prevent things from falling behind the bed and I added metal brackets to the frame to keep the boxspring from sliding. The enclosed double-sided tape was not strong enough to secure it to the frame. I’m very pleased with the new bed. It adds an updated look to the room, and it has nice features (charging port, ambient lighting, touch lighting) that my houseguests should like.
